Key Responsibilities

  • •Reduce delivery time from order dispatching through delivery using time KPIs across multiple stages.
  • •Increase on-time deliveries by improving system estimations, accuracy, and reducing outliers.
  • •Optimize dispatch algorithms, stacked orders, and CPO to deliver faster and reduce early cancellations.
  • •Plan and roll out cities from on-demand to shift models, including forecasted rider demand, zoning, and slot availability.
