Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business and functional requirements into resilient, scalable Elasticsearch search architectures.
  • •Lead cluster design and governance for enterprise engagements, including node blueprinting, capacity planning, mappings, shard strategy, ILM, and CCR/CCS.
  • •Deploy and operationalize advanced semantic search using Elasticsearch vector capabilities and RAG pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a Solutions Architect, Lead Engineer, or Senior Systems Consultant with hands-on Elasticsearch expertise in production environments.
  • •Solid understanding of distributed systems principles as applied to Elasticsearch, including node roles, Lucene indexing mechanics, and cluster state management.
  • •Track record implementing semantic search with Elasticsearch native ML/vector capabilities and dense/sparse vector fields, plus modern NLP integrations.
  • •Practical cloud experience deploying and managing Elasticsearch workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
  • •Proficiency in a modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go) and strong technical communication (presentations and writing) to guide teams and stakeholders.
