Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, engagement, license utilization, and business reporting, including data cleaning and validation.
  • •Support Copilot license operations including lifecycle activities (assignment, utilization reviews, reassignment) and stakeholder reporting under privacy and governance controls.
  • •Contribute to Copilot adoption program metrics such as value-realization reporting, demand tracking, user insights, and program dashboards for leadership decisions.
  • •Help maintain Responsible AI and privacy documentation, access controls, metric definitions, and audit-ready processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • •Identify repetitive tasks and build automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Graph, and other approved tools; maintain runbooks and knowledge articles.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Business, or a related field.
  • •Foundational experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization through studies, projects, internships, or personal work.
  • •Ability to structure data, spot inconsistencies, and explain findings in simple business language.
  • •Interest in Microsoft 365, Copilot, generative AI, collaboration technologies, and digital employee experience.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is an advantage.
