Build and productize machine learning and AI features that personalize the Qualtrics experience using company data. Partner with application teams to research, implement, evaluate, optimize, and maintain scalable models, including generative and agentic systems. Lead design reviews and evaluation-driven development, mentoring junior scientists while ensuring reliability, reproducibility, monitoring, and lifecycle management in production.
