Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end compliance issue management: logging, tracking, prioritizing, and reporting with real-time visibility for stakeholders.
  • •Synthesize data to surface thematic trends, root causes, severity levels, and business impact before issues escalate.
  • •Build and validate remediation plans with business owners to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • •Recommend prioritization to senior leadership using data, independent judgment, and a clear view of regulatory risk.
  • •Work with regulators to resolve issues and develop AI/automation tools to improve tracking, reporting, and remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of regulatory or compliance experience in US personal lines insurance, focused on issue management, risk mitigation, or internal audit.
  • •Deep technical knowledge of the insurance policy lifecycle and US state regulatory environments across car, pet, home, and renters products.
  • •Ability to identify systemic themes from isolated incidents and translate regulatory risk into clear, actionable guidance for senior leadership.
  • •Experience building with technology, automation, or AI to streamline compliance processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with issue tracking or GRC systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or AuditBoard.
