Fabrication Manager - 2nd Shift

Oversee daily operations for the Mechanical Fabrications shop in the pipe yard, coordinating with welders to drive flawless execution. Manage welding procedures and certifications for multiple welding processes, ensuring compliance with relevant welding codes and inspections. Lead project scheduling (including LEAN Pull Plan Scheduling), enforce corporate EH&S safety programs and investigations, and mentor associates while partnering with business groups to support strategy and growth.
