Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and onboard a team of two direct reports.
  • •Analyze affiliate revenue drivers across content touch points (e.g., merchant commissions, EPC, conversion rates, partner yield).
  • •Serve as analytics lead for the Wirecutter Store, reporting unit economics, merchandise performance, cart funnel analytics, AOV, and customer acquisition/repeat purchase metrics.
  • •Partner with Ad Ops and Advertising to track ad yield metrics (RPM, eCPM), fill rates, and ad unit viewability while balancing revenue with user experience and page speed.
  • •Create monetization frameworks by evaluating trade-offs across affiliate links, ad placements, and product placements; lead recurring leadership reporting and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in revenue or e-commerce analytics, including support for affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or online retail operations.
  • •2+ years of people management experience.
  • •3+ years analyzing diverse revenue models, including affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and DTC e-commerce operations.
  • •3+ years of experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for pricing/placement experiments.
