Key Responsibilities

  • •Own deployment end to end, from scoping through live, reliable production including human-in-the-loop steps.
  • •Configure and ship high-impact workflows on Metal, such as CIM and teaser intake, deal scoring, LinkedIn account mapping, and reporting.
  • •Integrate the customer’s stack by connecting CRMs and document systems and wiring data sources to reflect real workflows.
  • •Debug and operate deployed systems by diagnosing integration, data-model, and workflow issues and keeping production reliable as needs evolve.
  • •Partner with customer and internal leaders, act as a trusted technical advisor, and turn field insights into product direction and repeatable deployment frameworks.
