Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead material and supplier qualification for new materials, gemstones, and ODM/OEM suppliers to ensure readiness for mass production.
  • •Deliver technical and quality management system training to suppliers during the development phase and provide technical support as needed.
  • •Ensure timely resolution of quality issues identified during development phases and coordinate quality alerts between the company and suppliers.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop quality standards, criteria, and inspection methods, and communicate them to suppliers and internal teams.
  • •Execute supplier improvement programs, lead inbound improvement projects, and analyze quality performance data to support supplier evaluation and selection.
