•Develop, enhance, and maintain the auto product in assigned states, including setting rate levels and customizing franchise products.
•Analyze performance by developing reporting, maintaining key performance indicators, escalating concerns, and recommending adjustments.
•Understand competitive landscape by tracking market trends, competitor products, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
•Manage external relationships with Departments of Insurance and stakeholders during filings and market conduct exams.
•Collaborate across teams (marketing, claims, underwriting, distribution) to ensure productive outcomes and keep stakeholders updated on initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 153,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional insurance designations are a plus.
•3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product management, underwriting, analytics, or personal lines insurance.
•Hands-on analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights; familiarity with SQL-based data analysis preferred.
•Ability to communicate effectively across functions, concisely summarizing conclusions from technical analysis.
•Ability to prioritize and execute critical projects in a fast-paced environment with a relentless focus on business outcomes.
