Partner closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance/reconciliation to make correctness-first trade-offs under regulatory and third-party constraints. Use AI judiciously with clear evaluation and human-in-the-loop safeguards to ship reliably and trusted money movement.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a vertical end-to-end, including outcomes and metrics, backlog prioritization by value/risk/dependency/strategic priority, and crisp acceptance criteria.
•Shape technical design with engineering around money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), third-party-rail reliance and rail-down behavior, and failure/retry/refund paths.
•Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, and defend decisions with engineering, compliance, or ops leads.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, and data residency/privacy.
•Apply AI where it earns its place by defining allowable decisions, human-in-the-loop behavior, and evaluation approach; ensure every AI-surfaced number traces to a real record.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgment under ambiguity and the ability to balance ambition against technical, regulatory, and operational reality.
•Solid system design skills (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, and consistency under concurrency) and ability to review/challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or the ability to fast-ramp, with strong understanding of money movement correctness.
•Hands-on AI judgment for LLM-based products, including defining how features are evaluated and when models must not be in the loop.
•Nice-to-have: engineer or highly-technical PM background; zero-to-one; shipped AI-heavy consumer products; defined eval metrics for ML/LLM systems; SEA market experience.
