Job Summary

Lead and develop a high-performance sales team to drive adidas’ growth in Taipei by building a quality brand network, forecasting demand, and coordinating account strategies. Own targeting, sell-through, and brand presence across designated accounts, manage AR and budget inputs, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Retail Operations to meet regional sales targets and ensure strong market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Formulate and develop sales strategies to build the adidas brands and to meet sales target from designated accounts
•Coordinate & manages the timely execution of forecasting in conjunction with the Business Cycle Calendar
•Performs and updates forecasting
•Executes each season’s future order sales/shipping plan
•Plan & execute channel-specific activities to the designated accounts in order to drive the sell-thru performance
•Reports to upper sales management on market intelligence
•Manages the designated Accounts in terms of sales volume, shelf space and brand presence
•Manages the call off/stock balance status
•Provides inputs in the strategic management of account segmentation
•Communicates & coordinates sales developments with Visual Merchandising personnel on a regular basis

Key Requirements

•University Degree
•7-10 years in sales related environment for an international consumer brand company
•2 years’ experience of people & operational management
•Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
•Knowledge, skills and abilities in regional consumer goods market and sporting goods retail & wholesales network
