Job Summary

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Pandora Production, combining workforce planning and market intelligence with hands-on recruitment delivery. Key Responsibilities

•Develop annual/rolling TA plans aligned to business expansion, attrition replacement, workforce planning, and critical role priorities.
•Own recruitment governance including SLA/KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, compliance, and requisition intake/sourcing strategy/offer plans.
•Oversee full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to pre-onboarding handover, escalating bottlenecks and ensuring adherence to policy, employment law, and data privacy requirements.
•Plan and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns; lead or oversee critical, senior, and confidential searches and coach hiring managers on interview structure, scorecards, and offer strategy.
•Lead and allocate TA Specialists/Officers and outsourced recruiters; manage recruitment agencies and optimize sourcing mix based on urgency, scarcity, and cost-benefit.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Organization Development, or a related field.
•Minimum 10 years of TA experience, preferably in large manufacturing, retail, supply chain, or MNC environments, including team leadership.
•Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across mass, white-collar, critical, and senior/executive hiring under SLA/KPI expectations.
•Strong capability in workforce planning, sourcing strategy, recruitment analytics, and market mapping.
•Hands-on experience managing agencies/search firms/outsource partners with SLA tracking and cost control, plus working knowledge of Thai labour law and data privacy requirements.
