Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse brand and boutique performance data to identify growth, sales, and revenue opportunities and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • •Manage and optimise partner performance in Brazil through business management and strategic planning.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for partners trading on the platform, maintaining relationships via communication, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • •Unlock selection via tailored commercial deals, incentives, and operational solutions; manage offline/online sales against deliveries and performance expectations.
  • •Negotiate and plan markdowns, review performance regularly, conduct internal and partner business reviews, and support partner onboarding/expansion with Business Development and Partner Implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a commercial function, ideally in fashion or luxury retail/brand/wholesale environments.
  • •Highly analytical and data-driven, fluent in using BI tools (e.g., Looker) to draw insights and inform decision-making.
  • •Outstanding negotiation skills with strong commercial acumen focused on growth against metrics and targets.
  • •Comfortable managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
