Filialleiter / Store Manager (m/w/d)

Lead store operations and represent the Levi Strauss brand values from the front of the store. Drive profit and loss targets, maximize sell-out, and manage costs including stock, payroll, admin, and rota’s. Monitor KPIs through reporting, analyze commercial data, and communicate action plans to the District Manager. Motivate, mentor, recruit, induct, and train a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
