Sales Support Associate II

Provide friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor for customers, while maintaining an organized, well-merchandised store. Operate POS accurately, process shipments and transfers, manage stock levels, and support visual merchandising updates. Serve as a brand ambassador, suggest add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and follow Loss Prevention and housekeeping guidelines.
