Plant Clerk - Shipping - 2nd Shift

Provide general clerical support to assigned production departments on the 2nd shift, including updating/distributing shift production reports, tracking employee absences and occurrences, and maintaining calendars. Enter and retrieve required data in the appropriate computer systems, file department paperwork accurately and timely, and perform production work as needed. Ensure work follows company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal requirements, including safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
