Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, including receiving and checking in returns against prior business.
  • •Process incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  • •Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates; generate packing/shipping transfer and RTV between locations.
  • •Process and follow up on aftersales service, including damages and inventory tracking for damages.
  • •Support store management with organizing, conducting, and reconciling weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories; assist with replenishment needs and inventory development.
