Key Responsibilities

  • •Modify/adapt the K12 curriculum to align with state content standards and meet student needs.
  • •Deliver individualized and small-group sessions and collaborate with general education teachers to support targeted students.
  • •Ensure implementation of the RTI instructional system, including progress monitoring and use of data for whole and small group instruction.
  • •Collect and maintain RTI data (eligible student lists, intervention plans) and support documentation of student progress.
  • •Provide ongoing training and support to school/district staff on RTI and coordinate Tier 2 interventions, including working with special education eligibility processes.
