Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a liaison between financial advisors and clients, handling scheduling, paperwork processing, and administrative duties in line with Credit Union and FINRA guidelines.
  • •Maintain client files, prepare marketing materials and compliance logs, and complete department reporting/projects as assigned.
  • •Provide high-quality customer service to internal/external partners and clients.
  • •Coordinate and support seminar/webinar events and member education projects, ensuring compliance-approved presentations and materials.
  • •Manage CRM tools and travel to local/regional or department events, including some overnight travel and out-of-state events as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of financial services experience (preferred).
  • •Skilled in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal integrity/confidentiality, and ability to manage competing priorities and travel as required.
