Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical success of a portfolio of accounts and translate customer goals into concrete solutions within the Subsets platform.
  • •Build, validate, and deploy ML-driven features such as propensity models and churn signals, and ensure reliable data flows across integrations.
  • •Bridge product and engineering by validating feasibility, prototyping new solutions, identifying product gaps, and fixing bugs.
  • •Partner closely with lifecycle engineers by owning the technical portion of client outcomes.
  • •Work hands-on in customer data pipelines by reading code, debugging, and fixing issues as needed.

Salary: USD 95,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in solutions/product engineering, technical customer success, technical consulting, or other technical customer-facing roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with data pipelines, integrations, and debugging data quality issues in production environments.
  • •Familiarity with ML/AI concepts and experience working with or deploying predictive models.
  • •Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms like Braze or Sailthru.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with clients while working deeply on technical problem-solving under timeline constraints.
