Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement strategic lifecycle refresh projects within the region and support global multimedia initiatives as needed.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to simplify and modernize audio-visual experiences.
  • •Lead resolution and problem management for video conferencing technology in meeting rooms, including scheduling panels, wireless sharing, and electronic bulletin boards.
  • •Manage ITSM ticketing processes for incident reporting/resolution and monitoring, and contribute operational metrics and insights.
  • •Provide routine technical support and advanced troubleshooting for Mastercard’s operations environment, focusing on networking technologies, and assist with change/capacity management activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledgeable in installation, configuration, and management of enterprise AV technologies (e.g., videoconferencing, audio DSP, wireless sharing, control systems, room schedulers, and media switchers).
  • •Knowledgeable in technical infrastructure, including audio-visual, network, and security.
  • •Experience with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
  • •Demonstrated focus on customer service and ability to resolve issues using standard protocols.
  • •Strong communication skills to report status, resolutions, and root cause analysis to stakeholders and management.
