Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspections, hardware testing, and complex fault diagnosis using diagnostic tools and circuit diagrams.
  • •Lead fault-finding and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for radar anomalies, and develop robust long-term corrective actions.
  • •Manage a team of technicians and junior engineers by delegating daily tasks, providing technical mentorship, and ensuring strict adherence to SOPs.
  • •Coordinate with procurement and repair centers to manage critical spares, consumables, and supply chain replenishment.
  • •Maintain maintenance logs and technical schematics while ensuring all work complies with strict safety and industry regulations, including documenting testing processes and results.

Key Requirements

  • •Native Arabic speaker.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hardware and software engineering with a strong focus on radar or EW applications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (or a related field); Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus.
  • •Strong RF and radar theory knowledge (e.g., Doppler frequency modulation, pulse compression, beamforming).
  • •Proficiency with radar RF simulation tools (CST, AWR, or ANSYS HFSS) and RF testing equipment (e.g., spectrum analysers, network analysers, oscilloscopes).
