Key Responsibilities

  • •Prep vehicles for paintwork by performing sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
  • •Work in Carvana Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools to prepare vehicles for reconditioning.
  • •Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment such as face shield/goggles, gloves, masks, and non-slip shoes.
  • •Maintain performance in a fast-paced, production environment with exposure to heat/cold conditions.
  • •Be available for mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; may be subject to an MVR check.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, using required safety equipment and protective garments.
