Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop integrated strategic, commercial, operational, and financial plans across key business functions.
  • •Challenge planning assumptions, timelines, and dependencies to ensure plans are commercially realistic and financially robust.
  • •Translate strategic priorities into initiatives, milestones, owners, and decision points to drive disciplined execution.
  • •Run performance reviews of key initiatives, track progress to milestones and targets, and surface risks and trade-offs early with mitigation options.
  • •Integrate planning inputs into financial forecasts and evaluate business cases against delivery milestones, benefits, and value realization while leading planning discussions with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6+ years of experience in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, commercial planning, business case development, performance management, or cross-functional transformation roles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • •Strong understanding of planning processes, initiative tracking, and business case follow-up.
  • •Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience with project tracking or planning tools.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong ability to structure complex information for stakeholders at different levels.
