Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with line-of-business communication leads to co-author and execute internal communications strategies for Commercial Bank executives.
  • •Write, refine, and produce polished internal content for senior leaders (announcements, executive talking points, town halls, and updates).
  • •Elevate and manage internal channels and intranet content to align with executive voice and enterprise brand standards.
  • •Ensure executive voice accuracy and alignment with the broader Commercial Communications strategy.
  • •Establish and analyze engagement metrics, track associate feedback, and recommend adjustments to improve communications effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, public relations, or directly supporting a senior executive.
  • •At least 2 years of experience managing digital content creation tools (such as Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite).
  • •4+ years of experience managing internal executive communications or organizational change management (preferred).
  • •4+ years of experience in commercial banking, fintech, or financial services sectors (preferred).
