Job Summary

Build the systems and automation that power the full GTM motion—outbound and inbound—so Sales can focus on closing. Own and harden CRM data, design GTM data models, and create pipeline-generating workflows using modern GTM tooling. Develop internal tools, API integrations, and AI agents for research, pre-call intelligence, and personalized outreach. Wire everything into operational systems, and ship and iterate fast as the early “founding” hire.

•Automate low-value commercial work to help Sales close more deals.
•Design and build systems to find, acquire, and retain customers across outbound and inbound.
•Own and maintain CRM data quality, structure, and reliability.
•Build internal tools, API integrations, and custom automation logic.
•Design and deploy AI agents for GTM workflows and build/manage GTM data pipelines and integrations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 80,000 - 100,000 annually

•2+ years in GTM engineering, technical RevOps, or a growth role building automations and pipelines.
•Hands-on experience designing and scaling systems in a high-growth company.
•Build multi-step enrichment and sequencing workflows using tools like Claude Code, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or n8n.
•Comfortable using Python or SQL to work with data, call APIs, and implement lightweight scoring/enrichment logic.
•Top-of-funnel focused experience, including programmatic SEO and AEO, plus analytical/experimental mindset.
