  • •Coordinate with crew scheduling to ensure relevant crewing information is available for operational decisions.
  • •Implement recovery solutions during operational disruptions and maintain operational awareness and crew communication throughout recovery.
  • •Manage roster amendments on the day of operation due to crew sickness or changes requested by management.
  • •Ensure correct cabin crew complement and flight attributes, adherence to company policy and regulatory requirements, and share accurate reports with outstations before departure.
