Key Responsibilities

  • •Process import/export shipments (IN, AF, F4, A3, V1, RT, A1, etc.) according to Eaton policies.
  • •Ensure correct HTS tariff classifications for imported/exported materials.
  • •Perform local logistics for shipments and submit required customs documents for each filing (e.g., non-commercialization letters, invoices, spreadsheets, value manifests).
  • •Review and approve pedimentos for payment; manage pedimento record keeping and GPS tracking and safeguarding.
  • •Handle chemical imports and reworks, export scrap, and support corporate requirements while following quality, continuous improvement, and MESH safety/environment processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete high school or be in-progress/terminated college (trunca) or have a degree in international trade or logistics engineering.
  • •Knowledge of customs law and tariff classification (HTS).
  • •Hands-on familiarity with SAP; TSMX is desirable.
  • •Basic English proficiency.
