Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for regional customer marketing, partnering with Field Marketing, Sales leadership, and Customer Success to surface opportunities and prioritize programmes.
  • •Localize and deliver central Customer Marketing programmes in-region, including user groups, customer stories, speaker requests, and Regional Advisory Boards.
  • •Build and maintain a regional pipeline of referenceable customers and advocates, feeding central reference programmes and enabling real-time story and reference pull-through.
  • •Identify, recruit, and prepare regional customer speakers for ENGAGE, regional summits, and third-party events.
  • •Tie regional events and programmes to commercial outcomes (expansion pipeline, executive champion activation, reference creation) and report regularly on influenced pipeline and advocate participation.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with hands-on customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a closely related discipline.
  • •Experience running customer programmes in-region (user groups, advisory boards, customer stories, or executive engagement) with measurable commercial impact.
  • •Able to drive projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance while balancing multiple programmes in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales and CSMs in a matrixed global team.
  • •Data-literate and comfortable defining KPIs, using Salesforce and marketing automation tools, and reporting on pipeline influence, reference utilization, and programme ROI.
