Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day program operations and administrative activities while coordinating program and project delivery needs.
  • •Manage administrative aspects of projects including documentation governance, recordkeeping, and ensuring project data integrity and accuracy.
  • •Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items to completion.
  • •Prepare and support reporting activities, including tracking progress against budgets, schedules, and objectives and reporting status/variances.
  • •Maintain program repositories with proper version control, coordinate document reviews/approvals/distribution, and support site visits and (where applicable) SOX control responsibilities.

Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting construction project management, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
  • •Experience preparing reports, meeting minutes, and executive-level presentations while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • •Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices; ability to understand architectural drawings and knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices is helpful.
