Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive implementation of the S/4 test strategy and track ISC release-train execution progress across SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, data migration, interfaces, and security/performance testing with status reporting to program stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate testing across multiple sprints at the ISC release-train level, working with SI partners and collaborating with business SMEs and multiple COE teams to ensure release-train coverage.
  • •Ensure environment readiness, test data readiness, and integration coverage across all sprints and program increments.
  • •Participate in scrum, highlight testing risks/issues/dependencies, and track them to closure proactively.
  • •Lead and coordinate testing activities end-to-end for the release train, including entry/exit criteria, test governance compliance, and continuous improvement/quality gate adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience in SAP testing with deep expertise in ISC modules in S/4HANA.
  • •Strong experience in S/4HANA ISC end-to-end supply chain processes including Inventory & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing & Quality, Procurement & Supplier Management, Logistics & Trade Compliance, plus EWM & MES integrations.
  • •Experience creating test strategies, test plans, and testing frameworks aligned to project objectives.
  • •Hands-on testing and automation experience with tools such as JIRA, TOSCA, TOSCA DI, Solution Manager, including SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing (preferably continuous test automation in SAFe/Agile).
