Key Responsibilities

  • •Build successful 360 marketing campaigns for Netflix titles—from strategy development to tactical execution including media buy, activation, and creative assets.
  • •Drive marketing campaigns in Korea while developing export-focused strategies and creative assets for audiences beyond Korea.
  • •Use audience insights, cultural trends, and campaign performance data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • •Identify culturally relevant opportunities and develop breakthrough ideas that drive conversation and fandom.
  • •Serve as a liaison across internal cross-functional teams and as the main point of contact with agencies; brief, hire, manage, and provide feedback to create best-in-class campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns, preferably at a streamer, network, studio, advertising agency, or global lifestyle brand with strong ties to Korean entertainment and culture.
  • •Proven track record developing impactful, world-class creative campaigns across multiple channels such as AV/trailers, digital/social, and print/out-of-home.
  • •Experience creating culturally relevant, conversation-driving campaigns, including hands-on experience leading marketing shoots.
  • •Natural leader and collaborative project manager who can deliver outstanding work beyond defined responsibilities.
  • •Fluency in both English and Korean and strong communication skills collaborating with executives, showrunners, producers, and talent representatives.
