Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers automate and scale their support operations.
  • •Embed with strategic customers to understand support workflows, data, and business challenges and identify measurable AI opportunities.
  • •Steer customers toward best practices in measurement and AI adoption to realize Fin’s value.
  • •Partner with Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver successful deployments and create feedback loops for product development.
  • •Use AI to prototype, test, and scale data-driven solutions and build tools that accelerate Fin adoption and impact.

Salary: USD 206,600 - 229,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to apply data science in real-world business contexts to drive measurable outcomes.
  • •Excellent SQL and production-aware Python, with experience applying analytical and statistical methods to business problems.
