Key Responsibilities

  • •Review RFQs for customer requirements and Emerson product suitability to meet needs.
  • •Prepare and own technical and commercial quotation/response documents, ensuring timely processing and forwarding to customers.
  • •Liaise between Impact Partners and factories for non-standard products/special applications to convert RFQs to final bids.
  • •Apply industry codes and standards to customer specifications, answer technical questions, and ensure product compliance.
  • •Respond to expedited emergency requests for parts, service kits, documentation, operating/maintenance instructions, drawings, and specification sheets; document complaints and refer to Quality Assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Engineering or STEM, or 5 years of related engineering/valve experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •5 years of related engineering or valve experience.
  • •Previous work experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Valves and actuation experience is highly desirable.
  • •Exposure to Oracle or experience using CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
