  • •Manage across assigned manufacturing sites to align and maximize Safety, Quality, Productivity, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Ensure OSHA and other regulatory compliance is maintained.
  • •Build and support leadership teams in each location through employee development; mentor Plant Managers.
  • •Break down annual/monthly goals into plant metrics and hold teams accountable for results.
  • •Lead production planning and continuous improvement to balance demand, lowest cost, and highest service levels, and implement manufacturing best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or another technical field (or equivalent education and professional experience).
  • •7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management (or equivalent transferable experience).
  • •Strong financial acumen with demonstrated results in P&L management.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically while maintaining evolving relationships.
  • •Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, stressful, dynamic, and changing environment; travel up to 75%.
