Lead finance business partnering for Pizza Hut UK, supporting a major international market within the IOM Finance team. Partner with Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital and Commercial leaders to shape pricing, promotions, loyalty, media investment and aggregator partnership strategies. Own financial planning, forecasting and performance management for the UK business, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving value-creation initiatives for Pizza Hut and its franchise partners.

•Partner with Marketing, Digital and Commercial teams to shape growth strategies.

•Lead quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and long-range planning for the UK business, including forecasting across sales, margin, marketing investment, G&A and development.
•Coach and develop an FP&A Analyst.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A or Strategic Finance.
•Proven business partnering experience supporting Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, Revenue Management or Digital functions.
•Strong financial modelling, forecasting and planning expertise.
•Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decision-making.
•Demonstrated ability to translate financial insight into commercial action.
