  • •Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment and systems function optimally and safely.
  • •Lead and manage maintenance and engineering staff, providing guidance to achieve departmental goals.
  • •Develop and manage the maintenance budget and capital budgets, forecasting future needs for cost-effective operations.
  • •Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including maintenance process improvements and workplace organization (e.g., 5S) and ergonomic layout support.
  • •Oversee machinery review, upgrades, and construction/facility engineering; apply OSHA/EPA requirements and Total Productive Maintenance concepts (OEE, downtime reduction, schedule attainment).
