Lead and manage Woodend Care Home, providing outstanding personalised care while putting residents’ wellbeing first. You’ll oversee all aspects of the home including budgets, operating profit, and regulatory compliance, and develop internal and external relationships with key stakeholders. As a visible leader, you’ll inspire a multi-disciplinary team and strengthen Bupa’s trusted-care brand, with the expectation to become registered with the regulator.
