Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding, personalised care to residents.
  • •Manage all aspects of the home, including budgets and responsibility for operating profit.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas and become registered with the regulator.
  • •Identify and pursue business opportunities while strengthening relationships internally and externally.
  • •Support the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner with key audiences including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
