Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversations, and completing complex and standardized transactions while maintaining accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance the service experience.
