Design, develop, and document system solutions for customer requirements while maintaining the integrity of the system functional baseline and architecture. Lead technical reviews and working groups, and support PI planning, backlog refinement, and engineering change proposals. Ensure requirements traceability with DOORS, perform peer reviews, and provide technical oversight to squads across software, integration, and verification, defining KPIs and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and document system solutions while ensuring integrity of functional baseline and architecture.
•Define trade-offs across requirements, cost, schedule, and risk to meet customer needs.
•Lead technical reviews and technical working groups internally and with customers.
•Prepare engineering change proposals (ECPs) and problem change requests (PCRs), and manage requirements traceability using DOORS.
•Provide technical oversight to squads, support PO and Scrum Master activities, and define/report KPIs for the function.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, IT or related discipline.
•Postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering (desirable).
•7+ years of proven experience in Systems Engineering (requirements, design, integration, verification & validation).
•Experience in Air Traffic Management functional areas (e.g., coordination, surveillance, tower, simulation/training) and related standards (e.g., ICAO, Eurocontrol).
•Experience working in Agile (iterative/agile development) and with Safety, Security, and Human Factors standards and practices.
