Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics.
  • •Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions, in collaboration with internal and external SMEs.
  • •Advise on corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation matters to support the region's growth.
  • •Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a barred / practising European lawyer with 4+ years of PQE working in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
  • •Experience with top tier law firms or in-house at a large multinational.
  • •Fluent English, with French or German as a strong plus; additional language is a plus.
  • •Keen eye for strategy and business, with ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes.
  • •Possess strong technical skills and be an effective communicator with emotional intelligence.
