Job Summary

Provide day-to-day legal support for Fever’s Nordic operations, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions. Advise on corporate, compliance and disputes, stay updated on regional legislation, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive safe, compliant growth as Fever expands in the Nordics from its Madrid HQ.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics.
•Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions, in collaboration with internal and external SMEs.
•Advise on corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation matters to support the region's growth.
•Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters.

Key Requirements

•Be a barred / practising European lawyer with 4+ years of PQE working in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
•Experience with top tier law firms or in-house at a large multinational.
•Fluent English, with French or German as a strong plus; additional language is a plus.
•Keen eye for strategy and business, with ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes.
•Possess strong technical skills and be an effective communicator with emotional intelligence.
