Store Supervisor

Lead on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience as a brand ambassador for Coach. Drive day-to-day execution of company initiatives, analyze sales data to improve store performance, and coach team development. Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training, and enforce policies and store procedures. Provide HR and conflict-resolution support when leadership is absent and help maintain a healthy, customer-focused culture.
