Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the preparation of technical reports, calculations, drawings and specifications related to airfield engineering projects in the UK and overseas.
  • •Identify and manage design risks, issues and RFIs.
  • •Ensure deliverables and milestones are met within cost/quality/time targets.
  • •Champion health and safety practices including safety in design and CDM compliance.
  • •Assist Project Managers with project progress monitoring and development of project controls and document management.
  • •Respond to client directions professionally and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •A university degree relevant to civil engineering, construction, design or related discipline.
  • •Experience delivering civil engineering projects (aviation not required) such as highways, urban realm or ports.
  • •Knowledge/experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or other engineering design software.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Ability to work in a team, share ideas, solve complex problems, and prioritise under pressure.
