Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines; ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • •Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance, maintenance projects, and mechanical repair activities while providing technical assistance.
  • •Plan modifications and improvements to plant equipment and structures to improve efficiency.
  • •Maintain resource libraries (equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, online information, and blueprints) and keep equipment work history and updated equipment lists.
  • •Develop and maintain standard job plans; coordinate maintenance SOPs and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and participate in SAFE observations and area inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum technical degree in a related area (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •3+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role in a cement or industrial plant.
  • •Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to make decisions and use sound judgment; organize and prioritize work independently.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance and repair for plant equipment structures; ability to read manuals, mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
