Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to encourage repeat purchases. Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service and asset protection standards, working nights/weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
