Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise construction for Micron’s Singapore major manufacturing and cleanroom projects.
  • •Provide project leadership for construction execution and assemble engineering specialist support for smooth delivery.
  • •Work with design teams to develop detailed scope through field walks with facilities operations partners and project engineers.
  • •Act as the Owner’s representative to resolve construction and design conflicts and support buildability and sequencing inputs.
  • •Manage overall project scope, schedule, and cost, coordinate with contract design/construction/scheduling/estimating resources, and oversee change control and budget/cost capture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor facilities, including at least 5 years leading construction projects.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing, cleanroom, or semiconductor construction projects.
  • •Experience in operations and maintenance in Facilities is an advantage.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, with a strong safety focus.
