Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary administrator for the NebulaOne AI platform, handling user provisioning, configuration, environment management, and license allocations.
  • •Establish and maintain operational monitoring views, health dashboards, and performance metrics for SIAP-delivered platforms and applications.
  • •Troubleshoot operational issues escalated from SIAP-delivered tools and the NebulaOne platform, coordinating with developers or external vendors when needed.
  • •Plan and execute routine updates, patch management, and maintenance schedules to minimize disruption.
  • •Create and maintain operational documentation (playbooks, disaster recovery procedures) and support training, onboarding, and user demonstrations for NebulaOne and SIAP tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or relevant technical qualification, plus considerable relevant experience in platform administration or IT operations.
  • •Proven experience administering and operating enterprise IT systems, ideally including AI platforms, SaaS applications, or complex software suites.
  • •Strong monitoring and observability skills, including setting up/interpreting dashboards (e.g., Azure Monitor, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch) and analyzing logs to troubleshoot performance.
  • •Working operational knowledge of modern cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
  • •Experience supporting or operating machine learning/AI applications in higher education, with strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
