Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure reliable operation of building systems by completing preventive maintenance on HVAC units, motors, water pumps, scrubbers, and other facilities equipment.
  • •Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facilities equipment.
  • •Lead compliance with safety standards and support predictive and preventative maintenance programs and small-scale projects to meet site goals.
  • •Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshoot malfunctions.
  • •Maintain onsite facilities support across mechanical rooms, offices, labs, clean rooms, and support areas, including lifting 40–50 lbs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years of applicable experience in corporate facilities maintenance or an industrial setting, plus an AS/AA degree (or other 2-year post–high school education, training, or certification in lieu).
  • •5+ years of plumbing and process piping experience with strong troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of water scrubbers and domestic/industrial water.
  • •5+ years servicing and repairing environmental-control/mechanical systems, including large air/water-cooled chillers and associated pump, compressed air, vacuum, and cooling tower systems.
  • •5+ years experience with water distribution systems such as pumps and RO units.
  • •Active California state driver’s license and ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
