Key Responsibilities

•Maintain operational trackers to keep partner initiatives on track, coordinating updates across stakeholders and ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
•Serve as the operational connective tissue across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams, driving accountability and regular project reviews.
•Manage intake, prioritization, and coordination of partner-related bugs and technical escalations, working with relevant internal partner teams to resolve and track issues.
•Perform operational analysis and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets and build Looker dashboards to provide visibility into operational health and partner issues.
•Continuously improve workflows, documentation, reporting, and collaboration processes to scale partner execution efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in partner operations, business operations, program management, customer success operations, or a similar role within a SaaS/technology company.
•Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis).
•Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker (or similar BI tools).
•Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability across multiple stakeholders.
